Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order being placed. The goods will be dispatched either through Speed Post or private courier depending on your location. The delivery timeline would also depend on your location but you may reasonably accept delivery within 3-7 days of dispatch depending on the distance of your location from our office in Bangalore and the remoteness of your location from major city hubs.
As soon as the goods are dispatched you will receive a tracking id along with a tracking link for the shipment via email.
If you have not received the order within 14 working days, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page and we will either ensure the delivery happens, or re-dispatch the same goods free of charge, or refund your order depending on our assessment of the situation at hand.
Please note that we only deliver within India. During checkout, you may add a billing address that is outside India, but the shipping address you add must be within India.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Refunds
We do not expect nor encourage refunds since our products are manufactured under heavily governed conditions mandated by policies laid out by the Food & Drug Administration of India. However, we accept refund or replacement requests under the condition that the products you received were damaged. In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and not further damaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
Please note the address for returns in the Contact Us page of our website. Before sending back the goods, please contact us through either email or phone and outline the nature and severity of damage so that we may approve the initiation of the return process. Please do not initiate the return before you receive an approval from us.
We reserve the right to approve or deny the refund or replacement request.

Cancellations
An order may be cancelled if the goods have not been shipped. In order to request a cancellation you may reach out to us through the Contact Us page. If the goods have been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. If the cancellation request is accepted, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
